David Neeser MES, FHC

Corrective Movement Specialist

As a Medial Exercise Specialist, I understand that while better health can sometimes feel like an obstacle course, information alone is not the skill that leads one there. Along my own path, I’ve been both an educator for the Chicago Department of Public Health and consultant to the Wesley Pavilion at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where I helped to script functional exercise programs for metabolic disorders.

As the Executive Fitness Director or Lakeshore Management Group, Chicago, IL, I sat on Maor Dail’s Fitness Council, IHRSA’s round-table or workplace wellness and have served as an expert fitness-witness to several private health clubs.

Board certified the Medial Exercise Institute and the Amerian Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals, I continue to explore, test, and wire the profound health benefits of integrative nutrition and neuroplasticity into my own life and therapies.

It as this very discipline that accelerated my own recovery and transformation back to optimal health after suffering a traumatic brain injury in 2010.

All of this to reinforce that, while there may be many ways that one might lose their health, there is one sure way to get well.  And if you can’t find a solution … Create One!

Kylie Ross, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

I graduated from Truckee Meadows Community College for Massage Therapy in 2017 and have been a yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner for several years in Reno.

Utilizing numerous modalities of massage such as myofascial release, deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone and neuromuscular techniques to cater to each person and his/her specific needs.

I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal itself with proper intention and intelligent intervention, and I’m honored to work with Dr. Tom Waldorf and patients at Active Life Chiropractic.
